Michael Odokara-Okigbo: Amazing singer!

Frankly, I thought the Dartmouth Aires were robbed on the season finale of “The Sing-Off” last night. The first place winners, Pentatonix, were good, no question, but they reminded me more of an acapella Black Eyed Peas than a really good singing group. The Aires slayed the rest of the competition with some spectacular renditions of everything from Gladys Knight and the Isley Brothers to Big & Rich and Queen. And Michael Odokara-Okigbo – a Portland native – what a cutie! And so talented and sweet! I’m glad we get to claim him as our own.
