Food Coma TV interviews Bourdain and Ripert!

 

Joe Ricchio of Food Coma TV got to interview Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert a few weeks ago, ahead of their lecture at Merrill Auditorium in Portland, and now we finally get to see the results! If I were in Joe’s shoes, I would be slightly intimidated (read: totally terrified) to interview such food world giants. But it seems like everything went more than swimmingly. Even if Alex poured champagne on Anthony Bourdain. For a good reference on Eric Ripert and on Anthony Bourdain in general, watch the 100th episode of “No Reservations,” during season nine, when the pair meet up in Paris to eat at a series of unbelievable restaurants and talk about food, wine and the things that make life worth living.
